You can redeem your bundled streaming apps via the MyUnifi app or the Unifi Selfcare portal.

Via MyUnifi App

Step 1: Download the MyUnifi app on your mobile device and log in using your registered email address.

Step 2: Tap “Account” on the home screen (bottom menu). Select your Unifi Home account, then tap “View Details”. Scroll to the “My Plan” section and tap “Unifi TV”.

Step 3: Tap “Activate for Free” to redeem your bundled streaming app(s). Enter and verify your preferred login ID for the streaming app(s), then submit.

Step 4: Check your inbox (or spam folder) for an activation email from Unifi or the streaming app partner. Click the link in the email to complete any additional steps.

Step 5: Once the redemption is successful, you can start enjoying your streaming apps on your Unifi TV Box or directly via the streaming apps.

Via Unifi Selfcare Portal

Step 1: Visit https://selfcare.unifi.com.my/ and log in using your registered email address.

Step 2: Click “Account” on the left menu of the home page. Select your Unifi Home account, then click “View Details”. Scroll to the “My Plan” section and click “Unifi TV”.

Step 3: Click “Activate for Free” to redeem your bundled streaming app(s). Enter and verify your preferred login ID for the streaming app(s), then submit.

Step 4: Check your inbox (or spam folder) for an activation email from Unifi or the streaming app partner. Click the link in the email to complete any additional steps.

Step 5: Once the redemption is successful, you can start enjoying your streaming apps on your Unifi TV Box or directly via the streaming apps.
