Select delivery (1 to 5 days) or self pickup (immediate).

Easy Switching Tips

The switching request must be made by the registered owner. Ensure that your identification details (IC, MyTentera, or Passport Number) match the records with your current service provider

Settle all billed and unbilled charges with your current provider. You can check if your number is active by making a quick outgoing call

Your number must not be tied to any ongoing contracts, such as device plans, rebates, or home broadband bundles. If it is, contact your current service provider to resolve this before proceeding

Moving your family or account plan to Unifi Mobile? No problem! Switch all numbers together under the same order

Keep Your Old SIM: Don’t remove it until you receive a confirmation SMS from your current provider.

SMS Confirmation: Look out for a port out confirmation SMS from your current provider. Reply to this SMS following the instructions provided within the specified timeframe. (Please note, SMS replies are case sensitive.)

Switching Request Rejected? : If your request is rejected, log in to your Selfcare (link to login) Account, review the 'Orders' section for details, and resolve any issues. Re submit your switching request through the 'Orders' page in your Selfcare Account

Download Unifi Mobile App, login via email & bind account to track switching status.

Insert Unifi SIM Card: Once your switch is successful, you will receive an SMS notification. Please insert your new Unifi Mobile SIM Card.

Set up APN: You will receive a message to configure the Access Point Name (APN). Tap 'Accept' and follow the prompts to complete the setup.

This campaign is open for a limited time, from 12 November 2024 to 31 January 2025
This campaign is open to all Unifi Home Broadband customers who are 18 years old and above.
Here’s what makes you eligible:
  • You are 18 or older with a valid NRIC (MyKad, MyPR, MyTentera)
  • Non-Malaysians with Passport holders are not eligible
  • You are not blacklisted by other mobile operators
This campaign is available only for those who bring their current number to Unifi Mobile through Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
To continue with Unifi Mobile after the free period, your account will automatically switch to the plan you chose during the port-in process (either UNI5G Postpaid 39 or UNI5G Postpaid 69), and charges will apply accordingly—no extra steps required.
If you’d like to upgrade to a different plan during the six-month free period, just remember that the discount won’t apply to the new plan.
To upgrade within the 6-month period, you can do so via:

Postpaid: For a limited time, upfront payment is WAIVED. If you chose SIM card delivery, it will be sent to you at NO COST!
Prepaid: Free starter pack until 31st December 2024 (online). Delivery fee of RM 10.60 is applicable upon registration.

You may receive your SIM card based on your location as follows:
Klang Valley: 1 to 3 business days
West Malaysia: 3 business days
East Malaysia: 5 business days
Your current service will remain active until the switch is complete. You’ll only lose connection with your current provider after the switch is successful. Then you can insert your new SIM card and start using Unifi Mobile.
Absolutely! You can easily track your switching status using : Your Unifi Mobile’s Selfcare Account on our website; or The Unifi Mobile app.
Once you submit your switch request, it may take up to 48 business hours (excluding national public holidays) for the process to complete.
