Upgrade to higher speed or revert to original speed after 30 days. Your choice, with no additional cost to your bill.
Your speed is now upgraded
As a token of your patronage, your unifi Home subscription has been upgraded to a higher speed for 30 days.
No bill change for 30-days
No changes in bill for 30 days. There will be no additional charge to your bill during this trial period.
Maintain upgraded speed
If you wish to maintain your new (higher) speed, you may opt to upgrade before the 30-days trial ends.
Maintain your upgraded speed
If you have opted to maintain the higher speed, you will be notified via SMS upon successful speed upgrade. There will be a change in your next bill with new plan (higher speed) subscription and price.
Revert to your original speed
If we do not hear from you after 30 days, your speed will automatically revert to the original speed. There will be no change in your plan and subscription price.
Customers who subscribe to unifi 30Mbps plan will be given the opportunity to experience our high speed 100Mbps plan for 30 days for free. This speed upgrade comes with no extra cost for customers during the 30-days period. New customers will also enjoy broadband waiver for their 1st month of subscription amounting RM89.

If customers are interested to continue enjoying the new upgraded speed after the 30 days FREE trial period, they will need to opt in via a link that they will receive through SMS or email. This notification will be sent to customers within the 30 days trial period.

Customers who opt for an upgrade will be on the new plan’s pricing structure upon successful change of the plan.

Customers who do not opt in to upgrade will be reverted to the original speed after the 30 days trial period has ended.
This promotion runs from 15th November 2021 until 31st December 2022.
