In line with the national initiative to modernize Malaysia’s broadband infrastructure, copper-based broadband networks are being progressively retired. As part of this initiative, TM is required to phase out all of its copper broadband (ADSL/VDSL Technology) services in phases.

Customers who are still using copper broadband network will be affected by this transition and are strongly advised to upgrade to fibre for a better and more reliable service experience. TM is pleased to extend a SPECIAL OFFER for Unifi Fibre Broadband services, subject to TM’s fibre availability at your premise, with the following benefits:

• No increase to your existing monthly subscription fee

• Waiver of standard installation fees and equipment costs (i.e. Wi-Fi 6 router or equivalent)

• No early termination penalty. Your existing contractual tenure (if any), will continue without renewal, extension, or the imposition of any new minimum commitment period.

We will assist in coordinating the upgrade at your convenience. Please contact our Person-in-Charge (PIC) as below to provide your earliest availability for a brief 15-minute appointment. Our dedicated team will then visit your premises to complete the upgrade.

Please note that if you choose not to accept this offer, your existing broadband service may experience disruptions, and restoration cannot be guaranteed once the copper broadband service is fully phased out.
