Scheduled System Upgrade on 29 May 2025

We’ll be performing a system upgrade on Thursday, 29 May 2025, from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM. During this time, the Unifi UniVerse app, Unifi UniVerse Selfcare portal and eStore will be temporarily unavailable.

To avoid any disruption, we recommend completing your transactions before or after the maintenance window.

We apologise for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience as we continue to improve your experience with Unifi.
