Check your migration eligibility in My Unifi App

1. Login to your MyUnifi App and click ‘Account’.
2. Select your Streamyx/Unifi Lite service.
3. Click again to check your service details.
4. Click on the ‘Upgrade Now’ link to begin the upgrade process.
5. Fill in the required information Our Care Crew will contact you within 3 - 5 working days to complete the upgrade.
