Unifi Mobile system upgrade on 12 March 2025

We’re upgrading our Unifi Mobile system for a better experience on:  

  • 12 March 2025, 12:00AM to 06:00AM  


During this time, Unifi Mobile app, Unifi Mobile Self-care portal and eStore will be temporarily unavailable, and you may experience minor interruptions including IDD and Roaming services. 

To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend that you complete any transactions before or after the upgrade. Once the upgrade is completed, restarting your device might be helpful for a smooth transition.
