We’re upgrading our payment platform on 8 October 2025, from 12:00AM to 06:00AM.
During this time, MyUnifi app, Unifi UniVerse app, and Unifi Self-care Portal will not be available for payments and pass purchases. Please complete transactions before or after this window, or use Online Banking, JomPAY, E-wallet (Boost and Touch ‘n Go), and kiosks as alternative options.
