Scheduled Maintenance for Payment Platform – 8 April 2025

Dear Valued Customer,

We will be upgrading our payment platform from:

  • Tuesday, 8 April 2025, 10:00 PM to Wednesday, 9 April 2025, 4:00 AM.


During this time, the MyUnifi app, Unifi Mobile app and Unifi Selfcare portal will be unavailable for payments and purchases.

To avoid any disruption, please complete your transactions before or after the maintenance window. Alternatively, you may use Online Banking, JomPAY, e-wallets (Boost or Touch ‘n Go) or kiosks during this period.
