Scheduled Maintenance for Payment Platform – 21 August 2025
Dear Valued Customer,
We’re upgrading our payment platform on 21 August 2025,
- from 12:00AM to 06:00AM.
During this time, MyUnifi app, Unifi UniVerse app, and Unifi Self-care Portal will not be available for payments and pass purchases. Please complete transactions before or after this window, or use Online Banking, JomPAY, E-wallet (Boost and Touch ‘n Go), and kiosks as alternative options.
