You may validate your International Roaming service status in 'My Order' list

- Click “Buy Pass” and select “Roaming”.
- Then, choose the country of your destination.
- Select the roaming package that complements your trip.

- Please take note of the activation date and confirm your subscription. The roaming package will be activated immediately.
- For prepaid users, the remaining credit will be deducted from your account. For postpaid users, the charge will be added to your bill.

International Roaming Tips
For Prepaid, ensure that your balance and credit are sufficient for purchasing a data pass.
Ensure that you have enabled roaming service on apps.
Ensure that you have enabled data roaming on your mobile phone.
Please note that the data roaming passes do not include call and SMS usage.
Additional Tips: Do I have to manually select my preferred Telco Operator abroad?
Don’t worry, the operator selection is automatic. You will be assigned to Unifi Mobile’s preferred local operator. However, you can also select your preferred
network operator manually if you face any issues connecting to the network.
To manually select your preferred network, simply go to your Phone Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Switch off Automatic.

- Select “Mobile Data” and then “Network Selection”
- Switch off “Automatic” and select another network operator

International Roaming is automatically enabled for the following plans:

You can automatically access the 1-day data roaming passes when your data usage exceeds a preset limit of 1MB usage while abroad. To purchase the 7-day, 15-days and 30-days data roaming passes, you can manually acquire them through our app or portal.
Yes, you will receive an SMS notification when your data roaming pass is successfully activated, whether it's for auto subscriptions or pass renewals.
