The new subscription rate will take effect in your next billing cycle starting in November or December 2024.

Your current Netflix bundled offering with Unifi TV Packs will not be affected by the recent changes in Netflix’s subscription plans.

However, if you have previously upgraded your Netflix plan, the additional monthly charges you have incurred for the upgrade will now reflect the new pricing in your next billing cycle in December.

Please note that if you cancel your subscription halfway through the month or billing cycle, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of that cycle.

This means, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current month/billing cycle. Your access will be terminated at the start of the next month/billing cycle and you will not be charged any additional fees.

We will begin notifying all affected Unifi TV subscribers of these changes starting 21 November 2024, through the following channels:
