Scheduled Payment System maintenance on 20 June 2022

Please be informed the payment gateway system is scheduled for maintenance on 20 June from 12.01 am – to 4.00 am. Following bill payment/reload service via myunifi app and unifi portal would not be available during this period:

  • unifi Home/Business
  • unifi Mobile (Postpaid)
  • unifi #Bebas (Prepaid)

 
To ensure a seamless experience, we advised our BEBAS prepaid customers to reload on 19 June before the maintenance begins.
