With effect from 1 March 2023, TM Group's telecommunication businesses in Malaysia shall be operated primarily by its wholly owned subsidiary, i.e., TM Technology Services Sdn Bhd (“TM Tech”) (formerly known as Webe Digital Sdn Bhd). TM Group’s businesses continue to operate in its ordinary course of business, and there will be no changes to the nature of our businesses.
