Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?

All existing unifi Mobile Postpaid active customers from both postpaid segments. However, TM Group employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for this campaign.



Who is eligible to be referred?

New Unifi Mobile Postpaid customers except TM employees or the immediate family members of the TM Group employees that subscribes to the service via referral link obtained from existing customers during campaign period.



1.   What is the “Refer Your Friends & Win” (RYFW) campaign?

The Refer Your Friends & Win (RYFW) campaign allows ALL existing unifi Mobile Postpaid customers to enjoy special rewards when you've successfully introduced your friends and family to unifi Mobile Postpaid using your referral link.

The campaign covers new subscription to our unifi Mobile 99, unifi Mobile 59, unifi Mobile 39, unifi Mobile 29 and unifi Mobile 19.



2.   When is the campaign period?

This campaign will run from 26 February to 15 October 2019.

So, hurry and grab the chance to introduce unifi Mobile Postpaid to your friends and family!



3.   This is interesting! Can you guide me on how to participate in the RFYW campaign?

Simply follow the steps below to participate:

  • Step 1
    Login to your unifi Mobile self-help portal at https://mobile.unifi.com.my/customer/starthere
  • Step 2
    Click on the Refer Your Friends & Win (RYFW) banner on the top part of your unifi Mobile self-help dashboard. A pop-up will appear which will show your unique referral link. You can copy the unique referral link and share it with your friends and family (also shareable via Facebook, Twitter and email). Remind them to click on your referral link when they subscribe to the plans!
  • Step 3
    You will receive a RM30 Shopee digital voucher via email when your 3 friends and family subscribe to any of the unifi Mobile postpaid plans and stay active for at least three (3) consecutive months. Kindly note that you will receive the digital voucher upon at least three (3) successful new subscription. So, the more customers you refer, the higher amount of digital voucher you will receive!


4.   Is there any criteria to the referee whom I plan to refer to?

You can refer to your friends and family members who are yet to subscribe to a unifi Mobile Postpaid account. They can each sign up to a maximum of five (5) lines using your referral link.

Note: This campaign is not eligible to TM Group of employees and their immediate family members.



5.   What should my friends and family do when they receive my referral link?

It's simple! Just guide them to follow the steps below:

  • Step 1
    Click on the referral link given. They will be redirected to unifi Mobile Postpaid plan page.
  • Step 2
    Select the desired package plan and complete the online purchasing journey. At the order review page, the “Referral Code” column will be auto-filled.
  • Step 3
    Your referee (friends and family) will also receive a RM10 Shopee digital voucher via email when they subscribe and stay active at least for three (3) consecutive months.


6.   What do I get when I refer a new customer to unifi Mobile Postpaid plan?

You will receive a RM30 Shopee digital voucher via email when your friends and family subscribe and stay active for at least three (3) consecutive months. Kindly note that you will receive the digital voucher upon at least three (3) successful new subscription.

7.   Will there be a limit to the amount of digital vouchers I can receive?

Here's the best part of the campaign! There is NO maximum limit on the number of referrals for this RYFW campaign.

You can refer to as many friends and family as possible. So hurry up! The more customers you refer, the higher amount of digital voucher you will receive!



8.   Can I refer my friends and family to other unifi products apart from unifi Mobile postpaid?

Yes, you can. However, the promotion tied to this campaign is only applicable for unifi Mobile Postpaid.

9.   Am I entitled to redeem the digital vouchers if I change to other unifi Mobile Postpaid plans?

Yes, you can still redeem your Shopee digital vouchers even when you have changed to other unifi Mobile Postpaid plans. Just ensure that your unifi Mobile Postpaid account remains active.



10.   What if I referred to them on the last day of the campaign period (15 October 2019) and they have yet to be activated for three (3) months. Will I still be rewarded with the digital vouchers?

You will still be rewarded with the Shopee digital vouchers, as long as they have activated their accounts by 15 October 2019 and continue to stay active for at least three (3) consecutive months.



11.   Where can I get my referral link?

You may login to your self-help portal at https://mobile.unifi.com.my/selfcare/dashboard.

Simply click on the RYFW banner on the top part of your unifi Mobile self-help of dashboard. A pop-up will appear which will show your unique referral link. You can copy the unique referral link and share it with your friends and family (also shareable via Facebook, Twitter and email).



12.   Who should I refer to if there are any issues when redeeming my Shopee digital voucher?

For any issues concerning Shopee digital vouchers, please liaise with Shopee directly at https://help.shopee.com.my/my/s/.



13.   I have shared my referral link several times. Why haven't I received any Shopee digital voucher?

There could be three (3) scenarios:

  • Your referee (friends and family) have not been active for three (3) consecutive months on their unifi Mobile Postpaid.
  • Your referee made an order without using your referral link.
  • You have less than three (3) referee to be entitled to receive the Shopee digital voucher.


1.   The Campaign

a.   The new unifi Mobile Refer Your Friends & Win (“RYFW”) (“Campaign”) is organized by Telekom Malaysia Berhad (“TM”) and is applicable for the following subscriber category:

  • For Unifi Mobile Postpaid subscribers only, except the employees or the immediate families of the TM Group employees.

b.   The Campaign period is between 26th February 2019 until 15st October 2019 (“Campaign Period”). However, TM may, at its sole and absolute discretion extends the Campaign Period without prior notice to subscribers.

c.   TM reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend, extend or terminate the offering earlier either in whole or in part and further reserves the right to vary, supplement, delete, amend or modify any of the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice for the Campaign.

d.   Only active subscribers are eligible to participate in this Campaign. New subscribers must successfully activate their services in order to participate.

e.   Except for the specific terms and conditions for the Campaign stated herein, all other terms and conditions for unifi Mobile Postpaid shall continue to apply. Please visit www.unifi.com.my for more details.

Rewards for Existing Subscribers who successfully refer their friends and family:

Example 1:
Ali is an existing customer. He has referred customer A,B,C via his referral link.
Cust A activated on 1/1/2019
Cust B activated on 15/1/2019
Cust C activated on 25/1/2019
Ali will receive his rewards email with RM30 voucher on 15/5/2019. Please note that all Cust A, B and C must complete 3 months' activation period.

All Rewards emails are sent on every 15th of the month, Hence Ali will only receive his Rewards email on 15th on the next month, 15/5/2019.

Example 2:
Cust A activated on 1/1/2019
Cust B activated on 15/1/2019
Cust C activated on 25/1/2019
Cust D activated on 25/2/2019
Cust E activated on 28/2/2019


Ali will receive his 1st rewards email with RM30 voucher on 15/5/2019, 2nd rewards email with RM20 voucher on 15/6/2019.

Rewards voucher will be dispatched according to the cumulative activation of the same month.
